Tamiya Hotshot

These fresh NEW designs for the Tamiya Hotshot chassis are made from high quality light-weight and strong Aluminium. Our upgrades are designed as a direct replacement for the original kit material.

Aluminium Front Bumper / Skid Plate
Available in anodised black or natural finish these bumpers are laser cut and CNC formed to accurately skulpt to the underside of the Hotshot protecting the steering. A more aesthetically pleasing bumper over the kit item this gives the overall model a more purposeful 1:1 look. Natural colour matches the aluminium roof whilst the black is a satin look finish.

Aluminium Stabiliser Stays
Made from stronger aluminium in an anodised black or natural finish to match the aluminium roof creating an overall realistic package when married with the bumper upgrade.

Aluminium Front Dual Suspension Conversion
Made from stronger aluminium in an anodised black finish this conversion utilisers the mounting points of the stabiliser stays (the stabiliser stays cannot also be therefore used with this conversion). Further brackets are mounted on the lower control arms for you to mount the shock absorbers of your choice which aren't included. The recommended suspension length for this front conversion is 70mm. This conversion completely removes the standard front mono-shock giving improved independant wheel control. This conversion will also fit the Tamiya Boomerang.

Aluminium Rear Dual Suspension Conversion
Made from stronger aluminium in an anodised black finish this conversion removes the standard rear mono-shock allowing independant shock absorbers to improve the control of the back end. A mounting bracket and shock tower replaces the standard mono-shock poistion utilising the standard mounting points. Further brackets and plates are fitted to the lower control arms allowing you to mount the shock absorbers of your choice which aren't included. The recommended suspension length for this rear conversion is 90mm.
